Chinese medicine practitioners often prescribe herbs either for internal (consumption) or external (poultice, soak) use.
Herbs are most often used in combination in a formula, this enhances and harmonises the effectiveness of the herbs. The practitioner will form a prescription after a detailed consultation, the formula may be adjusted after every follow up consultation.

We are proud to have our own private clinic pharmacy, which enables us to ensure the quality of any formulas, soaks, or capsules we prescribe. We
only source our herbs through suppliers from the “Approved Suppliers Scheme” which
are audited by trained pharmaceutical auditors. They ensure the herbs are free
of harmful substances (such as heavy metals) and come from a reputable source.
